Privacy Notice on the Sharing of Data

  • To process orders, the personal data necessary for the performance of the contract is transmitted to the respective partner business.

  • This includes, in particular:
    • first name and surname
    • email address
    • telephone number
    • order information
    • selected collection time
    • billing information, where applicable

  • The data is transmitted exclusively to process the order and fulfil the purchase contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

  • The respective partner business processes the data under its own responsibility in accordance with statutory data protection provisions.

  • Holeria uses the following payment service provider for online payments: Mollie.

  • Data necessary for payment processing may be transmitted to Mollie.

5. Statistics and Analysis

  • Holeria is entitled to analyse sales and usage data in order to:
    • improve the platform
    • provide sales reports
    • analyse market developments
    • develop new features

  • Where possible, personal data is anonymised or processed in aggregated form for these purposes.

6. Retention Period

  • Business and settlement data is retained for up to ten years in accordance with statutory requirements, in particular under:
